Teodor co-founded Cornerstone EU and leads its programme design, fundraising strategy, and overall execution. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations at the University of Economics in Varna, with coursework spanning global economics, EU policy, and cross-border cooperation. Over the past three years, he has held successive leadership roles across civil society organisations in Bulgaria, from coordinating teams of 30 to overseeing a national network of over 100 young people. He also consulted for NGOs through 180 Degrees Consulting, helping organisations rebuild their funding pipelines.
