People & Culture Analyst (Volunteer)
Job description
Support planning and delivery of hybrid youth education events in Luxembourg. Identify venues, speakers, and facilitators. Build and maintain local community relationships and grow participation. Track attendance and feedback. Share monthly insights with the team.
Required skills
I. Clear communication. Confident outreach to venues, speakers, and partners.
II. Strong organisation. Scheduling, follow-ups, and basic documentation.
III. Stakeholder sensitivity. Professional handling of personal data and private conversations.
IV. Bonus: Familiarity with simple tools for coordination and feedback (Google Workspace, Notion, Typeform).

Research Analyst (Volunteer)
Job description
Research youth education and non-formal learning initiatives across the EU; synthesise insights into clear, actionable reports and grant-support briefs. Prepare monthly briefings for the team with recommendations for Cornerstone EU’s strategy. Manage a simple dashboard of metrics, compile short briefs for stakeholders, and coordinate with the events team to align research findings with upcoming initiatives.
Required skills
I: Solid desk-research and source evaluation; comfort with basic data (tables/charts)
II: Clear, concise writing and structured summaries
III: Curiosity about education/NGO/EU programmes
IV: Bonus: experience with citations, Notion/Docs
Typical commitment: 2–3 hrs/week
